What to expect
Introductory and standard microneedling visits are 60 minutes. PEARL Face is also 60 minutes; times for other PEARL areas are confirmed when booking. Temporary redness can occur for a day or two, depending on intensity. Read the microneedling guide for more context.

For standard microneedling, a neck or decollete add-on is $75; neck plus decollete is $125. Add-ons are arranged with Bella after booking the main appointment.
Where and when
Kalispell med spa and Columbia Falls med spa. Kalispell appointments are Monday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Tuesday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Columbia Falls appointments are Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Both locations are closed Saturday and Sunday.
